Healthcare Business Solutions Manager

Job Descriptions:
1. Manage contract/agreement negotiations with Distribution channel members to assist in the delivery of sales projects to achieve increased sales for the SBU(s)
2. Act as a primary point of contact for company with key dealers
3. Analyse business requirements and effectively maintain company awareness of IDN/Key Account/Government purchasing groups and tenders
4. Identify new customers and new business opportunities through internal and external contacts
5. Develop understanding of customer/dealer and other stakeholder organisation procurement and supplier management practices to ensure company achieves satisfactory channel fulfilment
6. Coordinate with COOK Strategic Business Units (SBU's) and other internal stakeholders so as to tailor proposals to achieve 'Preferred Supplier" status for company in Supply Agreements
7. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure company processes, services, and trading terms align with existing and future business needs
8. Liaise with Government Affairs and Regulatory manager in Health Technology Assessment as it relates to tender and contract preparation/performance including pricing negotiations
9. Oversee Tender, Contract, and Special Pricing matters
10. Achieve personal objectives and report progress monthly to General Manager
11. Cultivate trust and credibility with peers and maintain effective working relationships at relevant levels of the organisation
12. Maintain knowledge of industry trends through in-field contact, educational events, trade publications and continuous learning
13. Maintain the ethical standards of both company and in-country Codes of Conduct
14. Execute, at the direction of the GM, related functions that further company aims
15. Take reasonable care for his/her own safety and for the health & safety of anyone else who may be affected by his or her acts or omissions at the workplace.
16. Co-operate with his/her employer with respect to any action taken by the employer to comply with any requirements imposed by or under the OH&S Act, such as reporting of hazards and accidents, using supplied protective clothing and equipment and using safe work practises.
17.Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements.



Requirments:
1. College/University degree in a Business related discipline
2. Outstanding influencing abilities with all levels of stakeholder organisations
3. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to convert data to useful management information
4. Solid understanding of commercial transactions and latest business practices, including proficiency with MS Office software
5. Communication skills at all levels of stakeholder and all media - oral, written, public speaking, presentations
6. Project management and influencing change
7. Team player/stakeholder mentality
8. Customer focus with high degree of diplomacy
