Main responsibilities:

As business partner to be responsible for the HR management in customer departments

Provide strategic thinking to guide his / her partner for HR management development

Initiate value-added proposals for HR system’s innovation

Direct to implement HR policies and manpower plans to ensure a highly motivated workforce in support of business development and objectives.

Involve organization development deeply and follow up closely

Manage performance management and talent development program well
-
Set up practical recruitment strategy to attract qualified staff in a fair, efficient and cost-effective manner
-
In charge of departmental employee relation field
-
Initiate compensation and benefits programs by HR share service functional support to ensure the competitive level in job market.

Play a key role for departmental training needs analysis and implementation by HR training team support.
Qualification:
-
College degree or above.
-
Min. 8 years of solid experience in HR of sizeable organization and 3 years of solid HR management experience in managerial position in FMCG industry.

Familiar with PRC employment-related ordinances and strong staffing management capability
-
Able to mediate conflicts between culturally diverse groups by a pro-active and efficient way.

Strong leadership behavior, planning, analytical, presentation skill and be able to communicate with employees at all levels.

Familiar with computerized HRIS management

Can manage multi tasks at the same time.

Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Willing adapt to change in functional management improvement.
